# We went quiet.
Not because nothing was happening. Because too much was.
Access-first co-investment in AI-native B2B founders — pre-seed and seed, across Europe, Israel, and the US. We don't lead. We don't take board seats. We bring the one thing capital can't buy on its own: the network.
Access-first means we only move when two things are true at once: the founder is remarkable, and the moment is real. This year, both kept showing up.
The yes was the easy part. Earning our place by actually opening the network is the work. That's where the months went.
A few of the headlines our founders have made lately.
We co-invest alongside founders we believe in — pre-seed and seed, no lead role, no board seats. We move fast, we stay out of the way, and we put the network to work from day one.
Behind FirstDegree is a circle of senior operators — people who've built and scaled at companies like Revolut, Klarna, Stripe, and OpenAI. They open doors, pressure-test the hard calls, and show up when founders need them. That's the promise. The rest of this page is us keeping it.
A few days at Panathēnea in Athens, shoulder to shoulder with some of the sharpest people in European tech. Vilnius is next. You don't build access over email. You build it in the room.
Two of our companies are stepping up to Series A. That's the whole thesis in one line: get in early, then help the best ones run. When access works, you don't chase the next round. It comes to you.
In April and May we built something for ourselves. FirstDegree now runs on our own Claude Cowork setup — a chief of staff named Debbie, and more than 71 agents behind her. It already changed how we work. More on that soon.
A few weeks ago my son joined us as an intern. Watching him figure out how this actually works — up close, no filter — has been the best part of my year. Be kind to him.
